A lifelong Beaver County resident, Brant brings more than 16 years of hands-on experience across construction, real estate investment, home renovation, property management and insurance-related restoration.

His experience didn't begin with Legacy Roofing.
 

Brant grew up around the construction industry through his family's concrete construction business before building his own career in real estate investment, property renovation and project management.
 

Over the years, that experience has given him the opportunity to see construction from several different perspectives—not only as a contractor, but also as a property owner, real estate investor and person responsible for managing renovation projects from beginning to end.
 

That perspective continues to influence how Brant operates Legacy Roofing & Restoration today.

Before founding Legacy Roofing & Restoration, Brant spent years working with residential and commercial properties throughout Western Pennsylvania.
 

His experience includes owning and managing single-family and multifamily properties, overseeing renovations and successfully renovating and flipping several dozen homes.
 

Working on his own properties gave Brant a perspective that is difficult to gain from the contracting side alone.

He understands what it means to make decisions about a property when your own money, investment and long-term value are involved.
 

That experience is one of the reasons Brant pays close attention to the condition of the property, scope of work, materials, documentation and quality of the finished project.
